Blackboard was down from Friday at 5:00 pm until Saturday at 7:00pm to allow for the installation of Application Pack 3 which brings the system to version 7.3.230.0

Blackboard will go down at 5:00 pm on Friday the 14th and will be considered down until Monday the 18th at 8:00 am. It may come back before that time, but until it is posted as up and the Application Pack installed consider it down.

Blackboard was down due a internal error on the authentication servers. Changes were made at 8:00 am Monday and a restore of a configuration was necessary. System was brought back up at approx 0905 am. An annoucment has been posted in OneTech to inform insturctors.

Blackboard was down for approx 45 minutes from 4:45 pm to 5:30 pm due to a Campus Power Outage affecting several campus buildings. An annoucment has been posted in OneTech to inform insturctors.

Blackboard was down from 11:40 am until 11:50 am due to a memory disruption on the server. Please contact your instructor or the help desk at tech.support@atu.edu or 479-968-0646 if you where kicked out of a final exam during this time. We will notify instructors of this interruption.

Blackboard was down from 3:00am until 10:55 am to allow Blackboard support access. They where helping us with the problems we have been experiencing. BB has been upgraded to version 7.3.216 and this upgrade may change the way somethings work within Blackboard. We will be publishing a document of the changes on OneTech and Computer Services Sites.

Blackboard was brought down while the Campus Fiber was being worked on.

Blackboard was brought down to attempt to correct issues with the Weighted Grades and TurnitIn.com These has been corrected and Blackboard was borought back up at 10:15 am for use. Place email bbystem@atu.edu if errors are encounterd.

Blackboard services were down to allow for some hotfixes to be applied that could not be done during normal maintenance times. The outage started at approximately 11:00 am and services were restored by 5:21 PM.
